View Tickets

While out on a visit you can access Service Desk tickets with the mobile app.

  1. Tap on the Tickets icon in the bottom navigation bar. Your default view (as set up in the Service Desk web app) is displayed:
  2. Use the Search for Tickets and Customers or the Filter by option in the top navigation bar menu to choose from the following filters:
  3. Also in the menu you can use the Sort by option to select how you would like the listed tickets sorted.
  4. Tap on a ticket to view details. For more information, see View Ticket Details.
